Policy
Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hairdryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), bedlinen and air conditioning, where applicable. The apartments are self-catering, and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. Mandatory cleaning is charged at € 50.00 per apartment per stay for the Taverna three-room and Three-room apartments and is charged at € 60.00 per apartment per stay for the the Mezzanina four-room apartment, payable at the property. From November 8th to April 7th of each year there is a mandatory daily supplement of € 10.00 per apartment as a sharing of heating costs. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned, and any rubbish collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional € 100.00 for cleaning. For children up to three years included it is possible to request a cot within the limits of availability at a cost of € 5.00 per day. Small dogs are welcome at an extra charge of € 50.00 per animal per stay. Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm and guests should check out by 10am. Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 100.00 will be required for any damage caused, which will be refunded upon departure after checking the apartment.
